and the ability to execute on the company's business plan. Mr.
Andrus is also the inventor of the intelligent computer cable.

operations both as a principal and a CFO. Brad's professional
career has included most recently the position of CFO at Reliant

and Senior Business Valuator for Ernst & Young.
