Data Drive Thru, Inc. ("Data Drive Thru") owns and
operates a number of different sites on the Web (each, a "Data Drive
Thru Site"). Data Drive Thru is strongly committed to protecting the
privacy of its user community. The intent of this privacy policy is
to detail the information Data Drive Thru may gather about individuals
who visit the Data Drive Thru Sites, how that information is used,
and Data Drive Thru's disclosure practices. Please note that this
policy applies only to the Data Drive Thru Sites, and not to the
Web sites of other companies or organizations to which we provide
links or to any software that may be downloaded from the Data Drive
Thru Sites.

Anonymous User Information

Data Drive Thru collects some anonymous information
each time you visit an Data Drive Thru Site so we can improve the overall
quality of your online experience. We collect your IP address, referral
data, and browser and platform type. You do not have to register with
Data Drive Thru before we can collect this anonymous information.
The Data Drive Thru Sites do not require you to share information that
identifies you personally, such as your name or email address, in
order for you to use the Data Drive Thru Sites. The Data Drive Thru
Sites assign an anonymous ID number to your requests and links the
following additional data to that number: the date and time you visited
the Data Drive Thru Site, your search terms, and the links upon which

Drive Thru analyzes the information to examine trends, administer the

From time-to-time the Data Drive Thru Sites request
information from you that may identify you personally in addition to
the anonymous information described above. The requested information
typically includes contact information (such as name, email address,
shipping address, and zip code), demographic information (such as age,
gender, occupation, and household income) and if you order products from
us, financial information (credit card, billing address, etc.). Data
Drive Thru will not use or disclose your individual user information
except as described in this privacy policy or on our on-line store site

Surveys or Contests

From time to time, Data Drive Thru may conduct
surveys or contests on an Data Drive Thru Site. Participation in these
surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a
choice whether or not to disclose individual user information to the Data
Drive Thru Site. Contest information will be shared with the contest or
survey sponsors to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey
information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the

Drive Thru will assume such storage responsibilities and your information
will be deleted from their servers. The partner will not have Data Drive
Thru's permission to use your individual user information for secondary
purposes. If you choose to participate in a user account, your
individual user information will be used to qualify you and to contact
you for various promotions or management of your account at Data Drive
Thru's discretion. Data Drive Thru may share your individual user
information with a third party with whom Data Drive Thru has entered
into an agreement to support such user account projects. You may opt
out at any time by canceling your user account.

Tell-A-Friend

If you elect to use our referral service for
informing a friend about any of our sites, we ask you for your
friend's name and email address. Data Drive Thru will automatically
send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Data Drive
Thru Site. Data Drive Thru will store the information related to your
friends and the one-time email sent pursuant to your input will be our
only contact with that person for such input.

Correspondence

If you contact Data Drive Thru, we may keep a
record of that correspondence and we may collect your email address.

Third Party Information Gathering

The Data Drive Thru Sites include content and ads from
third parties that may perform user activity tracking other than that
described herein. The Data Drive Thru Sites contain links to other
sites on the Web. Please be aware that Data Drive Thru is not
responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We
encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read
